Shipping Policy

 

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • All online orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
  • For orders shipped within the United States, the delivery times for USPS Priority Mail are typically 1 to 3 days but there could be instances where shipping takes longer.
  • See below for information regarding international shipping.
  • All online orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We make every effort to fulfill orders as quick as possible.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with the order details once the order has been successfully placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include the tracking number. If you have not received an email confirmation with the order details or an email with a tracking number, please contact us as at support@ecgsimplified.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at support@ecgsimplified.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to error in the address that you provide. In addition, we are not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.

 

 

International Shipping

 

  • We ship to a select number of international destinations. (Please visit usps.com/international for the list of countries)
  • Delivery time for international orders can be 6-10 days or longer.
  • International orders may be subject to duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not responsible for any orders held by international customs agencies. Please check with your country’s custom office for policies and procedures.
  • If a package is returned back to us from customs because it was never picked up, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.
